I live 6 months in each of the above mentioned states. The Judgement was issued in New Jersey 5 yrs ago, last week I received an informational subpena. My question is which state is best for filing Chapter 7 Bankruptcy? Basically, I'm judgement proof. I'm in a trainning program which pays me $5.14 per hour & the limit is 44hours per 2 week period. The informational subpena is due in 10/04, I want to file Bankruptcy prior to that date. I'll be 60 on the 2nd of next month, which qualifies me for a free in the state of SC, the fees aren't included in the deal.

My account was Levied 2 years ago, they attempted to seize my money. I filed papers & proved the money was exempt from the levy & all monies were returned after the hearing. This didn't make them very happy & now they do everything possible to harrass me.

Any Assistance you may be able to give will be greatly appreciated.
