Here in South Dakota Judges break the law because there is not recourse.

A twice convicted felon who is using fake social security numbers is helped to cover up the crimes.

Another satisfied customer. Btw- you wouldn't be the first to yell "corrupt" judge when you didn't get your way. Your also not the first to set up a website to list your rantings. Since the statutes need to be read in context with other provisions you have not provided any evidence that the judge broke the law. Talk with a lawyer before you get yourself sued.
