What is the name of your state? MN I have 2 judgments against a exgirlfriend that toke me for a ride the first judgment is for over 4000+ 12% interst I hold that agasinst her in ND the 2nd is when she toke me back in to court here in MN for house keeping and she lost that one to for 200+ 5%i nterst she left ND a year ago last june i tracked her down last summer out in PA I was garishing wages when she was in ND but after i tracked her down i did file the ND judgment in PA so it shows she can't run from it what I like to Know if the Rules(laws) from ND and MN judgments over rule the law PA because in PA you can't garish wages in PA under small clams judgments so if the ND rules over i go this way and try and get my money back

No, the rules of the other states are NOT going to 'overrule" PA law. AS a PA resident, PA law prevails.. you'll have to find some other way to get your money besides wage garnishment.
