What is the name of your state? TN
What can I do about an unfair court process that has given my children to their father. These kids were living in a nice house in the best schools TN has to offer, on the honor roll and principals list and happy. The judge had no good evidence to take them away from me, their mother. I am a teacher. I lead a very clean life and nothing was presented to say otherwise. I feel the judge was biased, that he was friends with the Dad's attorney, who is a judge in another county also, and that he assumed things were true that were not.

What can I do?

Not knowing any details, we can't possibly tell you why the judge may have made the decision he did nor what you can do about it if anything. Did you have an attorney? If so, s/he would be the best one to speak with. If not - that may well have been a huge part of the problem.

OP - If you would like to post the EXACT ruling made by the judge, someone may actually be able to answer your questions, but so far you have only given your OPINION of what happen without offering any FACTS.

OP has been posting about the lies the ex keeps telling the judge since July 2005 (December 04 was the house) and says that she has proof they are lies...she has gone through at least two lawyers...and had never specified what lies were told or what proof she has....
