What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

Hi,

I just recently signed on the dotted line on the bill of sale to my new home.
I have just got a call from a potential employer and if all goes right I may be asked to move to another city.
Is there a grace period to get out of a brand new mortgage or is there any way to get out of one?

This is all hypothetical at this point, and this idea was one of many, so any legal advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Douglas Futrell
