I am a Canadian and I entered the states July 17. I got married Sept.5. I knew my fiance for a little over a year. What forms do I need to file, and how long can I stay in the US. I don't have a visitors visa or permit. My intention was just to come over just for a visit. I need help....please. I don't want to be sent back, and I don't want to be denied living in the US.
