What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NJ
I have a confrontational neighbor who has approached my wife and I on several occasions because they don't like us walking our dogs by trees which aren't even infront of this neighbors house. We've had to call the police twice and always clean up after our dogs. The police agree that we have every right to walk our dogs in public and asked if I wished to file a complaint. I decided that 3rd incident I will file a formal complaint but wanted to keep records of my daily walks to show that I am walking them, picking up, and if any confrontations arise from this neighbor.

I am keeping a video log of each walk and was thinking that uploading it to youtube as a video record would show that its timestamped on the day of the walk and just help as a tool for keeping these records.

Would I be jeopardizing my case or in violation of any laws by keeping such a video blog on a public site such as youtube?

Thank you

M

**A: there is no law against making videos of yourself walking your dogs in public and on public property and posting it online.
