recently, my "ex" (we were never married) of five years decided to start new in califorina. much to my suprise. i reside in arizona and have for some years. i am and have been the sole financial support of our two kids. therefore i have custody of the kids. the problem is when the kids visit the "ex" she insists on seeing her "ex" who has children of the same age with different people. one of these people is now claiming sexual abuse of the father on his own kid. after mentioning this to my "ex" she still has contact and visits him with my kids. i don't want the kids not to see there mom. is there any kind of legal action temporary restraining order etc. i can envoke? no legal action has been taken in this case yet?? we were trying to spare the kids a custody battle. can anyone help me?

If you do not have court ordered custody then she does not have to return to the children to you. Until you decide to file for custody (make sure you have the children before you do this) there is not a whole lot you can do other than info CPS in CA.

Keeping finances safe from ex (IL)

How on earth can you protect your house, car, money from a vindictive ex-wife who keeps taking you to court for more money? My ex is remarried and lives well already... Can I put my home in my new wives name? What about putting any accounts in solely my new wives name? P.S. my ex lives better than me! she is just worse with money.
