Kicked out of Sport Organization!

Hello, I am wanting some information regarding a situation I am in. This may sound trivial to most people; however it means a lot to me. I play a sport for an organization which is worldwide and recently been kicked out of being able to play at a certain level. They say, I am too strong for this level. The level that they are wanting me to play does not exist in Corpus; which I think is reason enough to win my appeal. So, basically I am being kicked out of competing in Corpus Christi. However, I feel that there are some politics going on here. I have some amunition in regards to this. Recently, someone I know has won their appeal which beat me recently in a competition. Now, does this sound fair. I basically have hit the wall and really tired of people taking advantage of me. I am wanting to do something about this. This has been done twice within the last 3 years. I also am injured and still my appeal has been denied. Nothing seems to matter. Does anyone know of what I can do to seek justice and fairness. I feel that I am being singled out.

Tennis. Can anyone give me any suggestions. I have tried to contact lawyers locally; however no one seems to know what I can do. I feel at a loss and don't know what to do. I would like to perhaps write a letter to the organization with some legal verbish to let them know I am serious and they have to prove how they got my rating. I have emailed some of the committee members and none of them can explain it. Someone please tell me something

what basis is there for your belief that you are entitled to remain with this private organization? If you moved beyond a certain level of skill maybe it is time for you to join another tennis organization or go pro.

My suggestion - call your local news station or newspaper and see if they would be interested running a story about it.
