If you know the facility that he had his rehab, you can ask that he prove he is now clean, if he is not, you can ask for supervised until he passes several drug tests.

He may deny he was at the facility, at which time you ask the judge to Subpoena his records.

Actually my atty put in the motion that the records be subpoena'd when asking for supervised visitation. The other party admitted to being "admitted", so the records ended up not being needed.
