EAD on L2

Hi

Thank you in advance!!

I am on L1 and is valid till 2018.my spouse is on L2 EAD and working.

I am going back to my nation for about 2 months due some urgent work. My Usa salary will not be credited during these months

Do my spouse also need to come with me or she can stay in USA and can continue work on EAD.

Please advice if there is any timeframe by that my spouse can stay till i return back to USA

Her L-2 /EAD is valid as long as your L-1 is valid. If you temporarily go back with intent of returning and continuing the approved work, that shouldn't affect your L-1. She can continue on her L-2 while you are gone.
