California:

I was employed in California. I quit my job due to outright abuse. After leaving my former employer refused to pay me for my final two weeks on the job.

I filed with the labor board. There was a meeting my employer stated that he hadnt paid me because. "I didnt finish my Job". I was under no contract, I was a normal hourly employee.

I then went to a hearing, in wich he didnt even show up to. And won my wages plus penalties. He has now appealed the decision of the labor board. How can he appeal when he didnt even show up. And what are his chances of winning.

Lastley, I have no paperwork they kept everything. What should I do to ensure I win this.

Simple. He just has to file a notice to appeal.

And what are his chances of winning.
Based solely on the information in your post, I would say it is unlikely. However, we have no way to determine what his 'presentation' may be.

Making sure you had copies of any documents that will support your case would have been a good start, huh??

Documents...

I kept such documents in a folder on my desk at work. I was informed if i removed anything they would have me arrested. I have already stated they would lie to the laborboard and say i ripped them off for software.
