What is the name of your state? Nebraska

Ok I do not know if this question has been posted yet , but here goes,

I sold a house under a land contract a year ago, under assurences that in a year the buyer would refinance and we would be released from the contract, the problem is that a year has passed and still no refinancing has occured, I looked over the contract and it says nothing ver batum that it would expire in one year from the start date, am I SOL untill they refinance? what recourse do I have if any to teminate the contract if they cannot refinance, or am I just stuck for 30 years untill they refi or defult?

"am I SOL untill they refinance?"
*** No one can answer that without a COMPLETE review of the documents to see what, if any, contractual obligations and remedies are available therein.

"what recourse do I have if any to teminate the contract if they cannot refinance, or am I just stuck for 30 years untill they refi or defult?"
*** See above.
