My brother solded a house to our mother. my sister has power of attorney .After 4 years my sister decided that our Mother needed to have better care.My brother bought the house back.He paid part cash and part land that he owned.The check was written in my sister's name,45.000. The property( 20 area) my sister builth a new home. The money was also used toward the house.Is there something wrong with this?It seems wrong to me.

This was done before our Mother passed away.To make it simple, my sister took the money and the land.How can that be right.It belonged to our Mother
