Alabama. I just moved into to a public housing complex because my disability is my only income. I understand they want to come in and inspect (why, after just being here three weeks, have NO idea). But the letter I received indicated they would do this sometime in a 2 week (10 business day) time frame with NO specific date or time mentioned. I'm uncomfortable with anyone coming in while I am not here, so I've had to shuffle things to keep from having to leave. But TWO weeks? This is small town and I doubt they have THAT much to do that it would take them two weeks to inspect. The property manager only works a half a day. I'm still trying to get moved in and unpack. And to do that, I have no choice but to make a mess at times. It seems they should at least have to narrow it down to a three day time frame and be done with it.
