I have always paid my child support and exercised all my visitations so I have been in my daughters life since day one. Recently I noticed when I went to school night that my daugters drawings and other school work has my daughter's name on it with my ex wifes husbands last name as her last name. This is very offensive to me. Is there anything I can or should do about it?

talk to your ex (calmly) and find out why that is, find out from the school how she is enrolled, and addressed, make your wishes known that her leagal name be used
