me and my girlfriend live in pennslyvania she is 17 years old i am 21 she is also pregnant.my question is if i take her across state lines to maryland to be married without her parents consent but with hers can i be prosecuted.and if so how can i get around it?

If you take a minor across state lines to perform an act which is illegal in her home state then you could face 31 years in prison. I suggest you wait until she is 18 or get her parents consent.
