Does the x's lawyer have to contact my lawyer to make known his/her presense?

If no lawyer contacts mine does this mean she has no lawyer?

Not unless:
1. the ex's attorney wants a date, dinner or just to hang out.
2. the ex's attorney wants something such as documents, negotiations or discovery.
3. the ex's attorney wants to exchange presence.

If no lawyer contacts mine does this mean she has no lawyer?

No, it just means there is no one contacting your attorney from your ex wife's side.
