i simply dislike attorneys.i have had over 15 paid attorneys and quite a few legal aid lawyers.
god help you if you have a legal aid lawyer!!!
every lawyer wants $$,all he thinks about is how hes gonna swindle you out of more $$.the first day the D. A. can tell your attorney time served,50$ fine.
and he will drag it out for 3 months and keep scaring you with lies.meanwhile everytime he shows up its another 300$ or so.

the judge hates drug cases,his son died of an o.d.
or
they wanna indict you,i can file a motion to stop it,but its gonna be another 1000
i heard em all!i can tell stories for days.
bottom line is if you got $$$ your lawyers going to use one of is favors for you.
if he dont have a favor w/tat judge/d a .he will try to...owe them..or serve up the next big case..
they re job is to con the client into doing what they want..however it need be!
the poor guy who knows nothing about the system really gets it!!
if a lawyer gets a first time arrestee..they salivate like lions in the brush.
hes going to be 5,000 in the hole no matter what!!if hes lucky.
ive had one good experience w/a decent lawyer.1 out of 20 is poor.
i seen so many people get illegally sentenced or outright lied to its impossible to believe.
i dont want to cross any lines here but.people need to know the bare truth.
pay or go to jail. or pay a little do some time,pay more do less time etc etc.
heres a funny example
i once had a poss of stolen prop case.a bow and arrow someone sold me that they stole.then told the police i bought it.etc etc..
after going to court a couple times,the lawyer kept swearing he couldnt get the da to budge on 3 months jail time.
i was in the first row..they dont like citizens in the first row,ony lawyers.
anyway,i see the big case file of the da.my case folder..
on the outside,they scribble every cort date and the latest offer to your attorney.........
i see it says 500 fine 150 surcharge t/s<time served>
so now the official game is on...im dying to hear the next b.s story
here it comes....they have a new statement against you..im gonna meet w/the d.a after work and try to talk to her..tell her your a good guy and bla bla bla..we can put it off a few months every 45 days or so and see if we can make it an old case..they lose interest..let me see what she has
and we will get an adjournment for a few months maybe...
in the meantime,im suppose to be happy because im threatened w/jail.
if hes getting me adjournments,hes keeping me out of jail.300 to be free for 2 months? no problem!!
but he dont know that i know whats going on..i tell him no way!! im tired of this i wanna settle this today!go in there and see what you can do!i was seriously aggressive about it.he comes out and says i think i can get you a fine..time served.its gonna be expensive..
