Lease signer deceased. 30 day notice?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arizona

If the only signer of a lease passes away, is the landlord still required to provide 30 day eviction notice to the survivor that remains in the rental? Or can the landlord evict immediately? Rent has been paid by remaining survivor up to this point.
Also, is the remaining person required to provide a 30 day notice?
