What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

I own a small IT business and i'm fixing to start leasing out computers with a disaster recovery program. My question is should I get a lease agreement written by a lawyer or is it something I could do? Also if it would be better to get somebody to do it can I get some referrals and maybe some guesses at how much it will cost? Thanks for taking your time to read this post.
