My husband and me both are working on H1B visa which is valid until Nov 2017.My husband applied for EB1 and got his I-140 approved. we both applied for I-485 and have got our EAD/AP. He is actively searching for jobs and interviewing. Now he wants to leave his current job for some personal reasons. Will he be out of status if he leaves his job and should he apply for H4 visa until he gets a new job?.
