i had an accident in my vehicle in the state of pa.
i had 2 six packs in my bed of the rolled truck.
i got out of the truck uninjured and got a ride home.once at home i started to drink some beer.
then i called to report the accident to the police.they then informed they were at the scene and demanded that i return. once i got there they arrested me for dui. do i have a case?
