My husband wants a divorce and I just wanted to know if I would get to keep the house we live in being that I pay the mortgage every month.I would also like to know if the wife usually gets custody of the kids. I work a full time job and will be able to support my kids with his custody payments.
Please help as this is all new to me and I am needing some advice. Thanks
