Hope to have a response from an honest attorney. Attorney submitted false information to the court. If this can be proven false what will happen to the attorney that submitted false documents. Isn't this considered perjury?? If it is can the said attorney be turned over to the state bar grivence board for disciplinary action or will the sharks just keep schooling together to protect one of their own??????? All in the garden state of NJ. As you can tell rather disgusted with the justice system!

Please do a search using the word perjury.
Sunmitting false information is wrong but may not be perjury per se.
