I live in Miami, Florida. My boyfriend and I are getting married in a month and a half, and he wants to change his current last name to his mother's maiden name. His biological father has never being a real dad to him, so now that his got to give me his last name, he wants it to be his mom's, not his dad's. Does this has to be done in a Court of Law? What are the procedures to follow?
Please advise.
