What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

Without going into history... and after trying to wade through what I can find via google and not able to understand the answers..... I am trying to pin down the absolute answer to how to go about removing parental rights from a parent that has no visitation and only legal rights to a child.

According to a website that I found Any one of these are grounds to terminate a parents rights, but you will need a lawyer.
