What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? OHIO

I work for a fire department in my community (SMALL TOWNSHIP), and my wife and I had opposed the proposed hiring practices within the department when they wanted to appoint unqualified persons to chief's positions.( GOOD OL' BOY SYSTEM)
Long story short, fire department and township officials began harrassing my wife at her employer's, phone calls to the owner, faxed letters to have her fired, telling her co-workers lies, and telling people that she is having an affair,etc.. They acussed myself of being a murderer, told members of the department to write me up at work, and called a large tv news outlet and told them the same, a news story was done and aired. We had to file a lawsuit in federal court in order to stop the harassment. Shortly after the lawsuit was filed, people who worked with one of the F.D. officials at the public safety dispatch center advised us that he had been making numerous phone calls while working there. We already had faxed documents from him from the dispatch center. Our atty. supeanoed the dispatch centers phone and dispatch recordings from a 3 month period, due to all phone and dispatch communications are recorded on a 24/7 365 basis. This company was funded by taxpayer money. There were numerous disturbing discovery's on these records, threats of bodily harm, attempts to have my paramedic lic. revoked by the state, conspiring with other officials to defame myself and my wife, F.D. officials advising others to lie against me,acussing me of murder, & much more. Everyone was aware that these phone lines were recorded and is referenced on numerous conversations.

Based solely on the information in your post, my assumption is yes. However, the final determination is up to the court.
