i have just been informed that my ex-husband has enrolled our seventeen year old son in an out-of-state university. he has made our son's living arrangements and even found him a job...without any discussion, or input from, me. this comes as a huge surprise...the three of us had been looking into local options for months. there is no logical reason for the lack of communication..we live in the same city in florida, we each have telephones and e-mail access. at this point, i am being asked to share in the expense of tuition, books etc. what are my legal responsibilities with regard to helping fund this decision?
