Lemon? Dishwasher

Iowa purchase. I purchased a dishwasher in Iowa at American. I have todate had 7 repairs all the same thing. The circuit board has had to be replaced as the dishwasher will not complete a cycle, and cannot be programmed. A person at the manufacturer told me they would provide me with a new machine, but now will not accept calls and has not followed through. I have had all these repairs done under warranty and want to know what I can do about this situation.

Keep bugging them make sure you are a thorn in their side you might even want to stop at American in person and ask to talk to a manager.
