I have a situation where there was a voluntary resignation from a position. 30 years later am applying an after testing and a start date is now told that am not eligible for rehire. My question is how long can an employer keep and hold a person inelligable for employment? I thought they could only go 10 years. I am in Indiana.

There are no laws dictating how long an employer may keep a former employee ineligible for rehire. This means that employers may keep former employees ineligible for rehire forever.
