What is the name of your state? Massachusetts
I am seperated from my wife. The 3 children ages 13/ 11/ 4 are living with her. We are getting divorced and she has startedthe process with her lawyer. We have yet to be to court other than the restraining order she had last year. I pay her $200.00 a week child support. Thats what the mass form figured it would be exactly. She wrks full time and the kids are in school. In about a week the kids are out of school and she hired a women to come to her house to watch thekids all day while she works. The price for the daycare will be $200. 00 a week. SHe says that I have to pay half that cost. ($100.00) This is on top of the child support i pay her now. Would i legally be responsible for this expense?

Unless it is court ordered no !! If she has a lawyer and you do not you can kiss your butt good bye b.c they will take you to the cleaners. But the answer to your question is no. By the way you are posting on the wrong forum go to child custody and support you can get better direction over there.
