sorry to rep0st like this but...
I live in Washington state. my girlfriend's mother really doesnt like me and supposedly she has put a restraining order on me. I have a hard time believeing this. im still slightly under 18 so that would mean my dad and I both would need to be serverd with the order right? well I havent been served and nieher has my father. from what i hear it is a "child at risk" restraining order and thus doesnt need to be served (I personnaly think this is BS). Ive never heard of such a thing and was wondering does such an order exsist? Or is my girlfriends mother just full of it and lieing in an attempt to get my girlfriend and i to break up? i believe this because her mother lets my girlfriend call me from time to time... and restraining orders deny all contact be it in person or phone, writen or through another party am i correct? if someone could please help me confirm my dissbielef in this sharrad i would greatly appreciate it.
(BTW... my girlfriend is 16 im 17. its all leagal)

Rev, I just checked with Washington and there was a restraining order issued yesterday. Now of course I don't know the real names involved and if they match but if I were you I'd lay low and find another girlfriend. Mom and Dad of this one obviously dislike you so why hang out?

thank you jyoung but i dont think that one has anything to do with me... i havent been served a damn thing... no subpoenas nuthin. and apperatly my theorys are correct... no one else has heard of this "child at risk" crap iether. thank you again
