What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York City

We are shooting a simple dialogue scene in a park with 5 people. Based on the Mayor's Office of Film, Theatre & Broadcasting, the kind of shoot we're doing does not require liability insurance or a permit. Given this, if my partner and myself ask the actors to also sign a waiver (in case of injury since filming in a park), are we liable if anyone gets hurt?

Thanks!

You can always be sued.
You can waive gross negligence.
You can be sued by someone not party to the waiver (a relative in the case of fatality or a bystander or worker you didn't have sign).
