Hi, recently I was approached by someone who worked for a environmental support company, he was working on a campaign where he walked around events with a little FLIP video camera and asked random people questions. He started by having them state their name and to say that they give their permission to use this video, then he asks his question or two.

My question- Is that kind of audio/video release valid? Would that footage be usable for web/tv/film?
