I have just finished 2 years of medical school, but am leaving it. I am thinking of running seminars to give information about health, medicine, medical procedures, how people can communicate to their doctor, etc. I would also like to do research for those that need more information about medical concerns, but do not have time to find it themselves. In no way will I give medical recommendations or advice, just information based on research that I do on the subject. What is the best way to insure that people understand I am not giving medical advice that I am only providing information. I do not want to end up in court because someone became ill because they believed I was giving them medical advice about a particular procedure. Thank you!

Have the client enter a contract stipulating that your services are not medical advice, etc.
