I found this on the S.P.A.R.C.E. (www.deltabravo.net) website under the California BB. What is it exactly? And is it worth the ink it wriiten with?

These are two great petitions. The "Baskerville" petition is a little more user friendly. The original petition is a little messy and asks for a review of the California family courts for gender bias.
So far, both petitions are going well as you can read on and find out for yourself. More petitions will be posted at this site in the future. There are plenty of links, so if you don't like this petition, there is a link to another one out there.
If you do or don't sign, please e-mail the message to a friend who would like to.

Re: Petition to Reinstate Professor Stephen Baskerville's Nomination as NCP representative to the 2001 Virginia Triennial Child Support Guideline Review Panel.
Dear Mr. Secretary,
Please reinstate Professor Baskerville's appointment as the NCP representative to the Panel. I know of Professor Baskerville's work for the benefit of children on television and in print, and he is the most qualified man in the country for any position in the Virginia government to discuss issues surrounding parenting. The reason given for removing him from his post, that he could not work with other members of the panel, is non sequitur. He is collegial even when others in a forum are hostile -- he has proved this under hostile question on televised media such as the O'Reilly Factor.
Your consideration of this petition, is appreciated.
