Liberal Phone Calls With My Children

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? KANSAS

My ex-girlfriend has moved my children to Arizona and I have a court order granting me liberal phone calls with my children while they are not in Kansas. My ex has been recording my conversations with my children and will not let me talk to my children unless she is able to record the conversations while on speaker phone. This can't be legal. Can you please advise me as to any options I may have or legal actions I can take?

take her back to court and file a motion to show cause and to modify the court order to prohibit such activity.

I never recorded the phone calls between LittleCSO and the other parent, but they always took place on speakerphone. LittleCSO needed prompting to share and it helped me to help her process things after the calls.....
