What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

Auto vs. motorcycle crash. If the auto driver is found at fault, but the motorcycle driver does not not have a valid motorcyle license, does this affect liability of the auto driver? i.e. the cyclist doesn't know how to properly ride...

Thank you for your time!

In and of itself, the license status of those involved in an accident has no bearing on fault/liability.

It has no bearing on fault determination. If the auto driver was at fault and not the motorcycle rider, what does that say about the abilities of the licensed auto driver versus the unlicensed bike rider?

No. License status does not change who is at fault (in CA).
