What is the name of your state? Arkansas

Long Story, but I have liens on my ex-husbands share of an Estate. Do these liens need to be re-filed every year until the Estate dispurses the money?
How can I go about making sure these liens do not get over looked?

These are questions that only a business law attorney can answer. You also need to be looking at specifically the correct action to take to collect on the liens (have you made an effort to garnishee the person's paycheck, etc.)?
