What is the name of your state?
I live in Maryland.
My wife and I made a Life Estate Deed with revocable powers
over two years ago. We are now going for a second mortgage
to make some renovations and the bank is requiring our
children to sign. Is this required by law since we have full
rights for mortgage, leins, etc. spelled out in the deed itself.
