What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
NY , NYC

Hi,

Looking to buy a condo.
It has a storage room that belongs to the unit as a "Limited Common Element" .

I'm wondering if here is "any way" that one day it can be taken away, lets say all other units vote on it or something like it ?

In other words, the space I get as "Limited Common Element" does it belong to me just like my unit ?

Thanks so much,

**A: do a search using those words and after you understand what the definition of what a limited common element is, post your question.
