Hi, My question is that whether an owner of limited company can transfers its share to a person who has study visa under Malaysia's company law? Some people said that the requirement of the limited company share acceptances are that his visa must be working visa and he should be the owner of the company. However, i knew that a person who has study visa also can get the limited company's share without any problem. I want to know a clear answer. Thank you.
