What is the name of your state? California
I did not list my student loan as a creditor nor did I list a debt to my ex parents-in-law which was included in my divorce agreement as both of these are considered to be undischargeable? Did I make a mistake? Should I have listed them? Is this going to create a problem for me if they are not included in my bankruptcy papers?

The student loan is likely non dischargeable but, the loan to ex in laws may well be dischargeable regardless of a divorce decree.
This is a situation where not having a lawyer may cost you.
You really need to list all creditors. On the SL's no harm no foul unless, you're current on payments so expect the trustee to ask why they're not listed if you're showing the payment as a monthly expense.
