What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California, Bay Area.
I am thinking about renting a warehouse, dividing the space up, and offering sections of the space up to artists in the area for rent. What sort of legal hoops do I need to jump through to make this happen? What if I wanted the space to be a place where artists can live and work? I really do not know where to begin. Please help!
