What happened to my question?

Hello, I had a unsecured loan from a company called Circleback Lending. They went out of business and a new company started debiting money from my account. Is this legal? I never signed any agreements with this company nor did I authorize them to pull money from my bank account. Thanks you.

First, is there something about being asked to give the name of your state that is confusing to you?

Secondly, why are you looking for answers here and not seeking an explanation from your bank? But if someone is taking money out of one's bank account, it wouldn't take a mental giant to know to change accounts and/or banks and/or withdraw all credits and/or stop feeding the account.
