Hello, my girlfriend lent an amount of money to her "friend". This guy returned her only a minimum part of the loan and stopped answering the phone and to the emails. She kept the statement of what she gave to and what she received from this guy. Is there any chance to get the money back? thanks in advance.

In any state of the US (plus the various territories, etc) the answer would be for your GF to sue the bad guy.
