What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

Ok so most of you are familiar with my issues with my ex so I have come accross a problem with AG. I have received a letter that states:

NCP:Mom
CP:Dad
OAG Number: 12345678

Notice of termination of child support review process

On 08/18/2009, the Office of the Attorney General determined that no child support review order should be issued in this case and the child support review process should be terminated for the following reasons:

Non custodial parent failed to attend negotiation conference

Issued and signed on 08/18/2009.

Name last name
Child support Review Officer
Austin Central
CHILD SUPPORT UNIT 1234E

I have called many times, I have visted their office I have attended 3 scheduled negotiations and Mom does not show up. What do I do? My wife and I are fully providing for our son. She has not provided her address change to the court which is required. All the negotiations were all scheduled prior to her move to ensure that she would be able to attend. She origionally had custody so I was paying her and that changed when I got custody so it took 6 months to stop the order and then in March I filed for support and I still have yet to receive anything from her. To top all of this off she calls and arranges her visits with our son which she shouldn't be doing. The past two time she has called him to visit she didn't show and it really upset our son because he was counting on her. She just called him yesterday and told him that she would be down the second week in September and son was upset after that call saying that he was sad because he didn't she would show. I have let her know that our order states she must give ME written notice of any visits. She gets 1 a month. Any visitation arrangements should be between just the adults and I dont feel that we should involve him in adult matters. Please help me I dont have the money to hire an attorney and I feel like AG is giving me the run around.
