LONG i got a dwi but im not over 21

I got arrested sunday for DWI,, i gave the police by accident a fake id, it has my real name on it, just a different birthdate, i was booked released under this id,,how did they not know it was fake? its a novelty one actually i got in NY. I have an out of state drivers license to begin with how will this work out? I have a MA license. The fake was a ME lisence. im in the state of TX.
this if my first offense. ive never been arrested for anything else bfore. also i was in a wreck 2 yrs ago and i broke my leg and hip.. i have a hard time passing some of the field sobriety testes anyways.

im only 20 shouldnt i have gotten a dui? what do i do from now?
is the violation valid since the police booked me and ticketed me under the wrong thing?
