What is the name of your state? calif..Hello..our family ranch was sold in 79 & the heir's retained all the mineral,gas, oil & water right's 500 ft below the surface, along with 50 pre assigned acre's of the 500 acre ranch.
I believe this information was in the sale agreement & i'm hoping i can still obtain a copy of that document..can you tell me where i would go to locate this information...Thanks, Sharon. :)
